System Support Officer

• Responsible to assist in system administration/maintenance and development of core IT infrastructure, server operation and application at regional level.
• Ensure the network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) and network equipments are fully operational.
• Perform troubleshooting, maintain network traffic, system security, disaster recovery, system backup and maintenance.
• Provide end user professional and prompt IT support, configuration and deployment of IT hardware/software.
• To participate and support in IT initiatives to ensure all projects are delivered successfully.
• Provide user training on IT policies and key applications.
• Maintain and administer the IT hardware/software inventory assets.
• Perform ad hoc IT related duties as assigned by IT Management at Head Office.

• Minimum 1 years of working experience in IT Operation.
• Must be familiar with Ubuntu (Linux), WAN, LAN, TCPIP protocols, DNS, DHCP, Proxy server, firewall, router and switches.
• Analytical and enjoy problem solving.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
