Customer Success Expert collaborates with the support teams to address and resolve customer issues related to Cloud offerings of Garaj.

What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Customer Success Expert Cloud?

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Expert with expertise in VMware Cloud Environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in OS (Linux and Windows), network and routing, and possess excellent troubleshooting skills. The primary responsibility is to assist our cloud support team in resolving customer issues related to their environments running on VMware and AWS cloud. The successful candidate should have a strong understanding of vCenter, VMware Cloud Director (VCD), NSX, DNS, and should have worked on various hosting platforms.

Responsibilities and Skills:

· Collaborate with the cloud support team to address and resolve customer issues related to VMware Cloud Environment.

· Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting assistance to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

· Demonstrate proficiency in VMware technologies, including vCenter, VMware Cloud Director (VCD), NSX, and other related products.

· Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting operating systems (Linux and Windows).

· Demonstrate proficiency in VMware technologies, including vCenter, VMware Cloud Director (VCD), NSX, and other related products.

· Hands-on experience in managing and troubleshooting operating systems (Linux and Windows).

· Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in cloud computing and virtualization.

· Proven experience as a Customer Success Expert or similar role.

· Strong background in VMware technologies and hands-on experience with OS, network, and routing.

· Familiarity with AWS cloud services is a plus.

· Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Relevant certifications in VMware technologies (e.g., VCP) are highly desirable.



  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a VMware and OpenShift DevOps Engineer or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of VMware Cloud Infrastructure, OpenShift, vSphere, and related technologies.
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
  • Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
  • Proficiency in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and OpenShift.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • VMware certifications (VCP, VCAP, or VCDX).
  • OpenShift certifications (OCP or equivalent).
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Familiarity with security best practices in cloud environments.
