We at Burkhiya Group are accepting applications for the post of Executive assistant. This is a work from home opportunity.
Daily duties include:
· To maintain day to day operations of the business while taking customer calls and liaising with colleagues in the USA to ensure smooth execution of the move and achieve high customer satisfaction.
· Work with Senior Management to improve company growth
· Answer and route telephone calls to appropriate persons and Members.
· Responsible for Pre-sales and Post Sales Account Management activities.
· Need to write content when required.
Job Specification
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient command in English speaking, listening & Writing.
· Develop strong working relationships with senior management and administrative personnel for effective and smooth operations.
· Should be well versed in writing and editing. Candidate should be able to produce articles, and be able to participate effectively in different online discussion forums.
Ability to successfully create and implement strategic business plans.

· Need to be Confident and influential personality
· Strong customer service skills required with a competency in building and maintaining customer satisfaction
· Good understanding company standards and guidelines.
· Good Management Skills
· University Degree (Bachelors) in computer science or a related field
· Available to work Monday to Friday: 9am 5pm (US) time
