Job Description
Manages operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts including daily decision-making, staff performance, customer interaction and satisfaction, scheduling, planning, product quality and cleanliness.
Responsible for the operational efficiency and profitability of the operation.
Develops and implements plans for continuous service improvements, optimizing profits and increasing sales.
The Restaurant Manager will directly reports to the Area Manager.
