Construction Supervisor
International Petrochemicals (Pvt.) Limited, Pakistan

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned to meet business needs:

* Review consultant prepared design drawings, indicating basic design corrections, prepare technical specifications, review engineering plans for compliance with numerous regulatory acts.
* Substantial engineering adaptations and modifications to assigned aspects
* Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of houses, buildings
* Performance Evaluation of Work Force of the department. To plan and co-ordinates programs.
* Physical checking of all planned activities as per drawings and specifications.
* Planning on new developments. Calibration report. Planning on up gradations.
* Preparation of consumption reports.
* Planning and organizing manpower for various activities.

* Follow up on consultants and job contracts.
* Follow up on spares and inventory control.
* Monitoring manpower on various activities of constructions.
* Physical checking of all planned activities as per drawings and specifications.

* Perform a variety of highly skilled duties such as: assembling, coordinating and managing multi-disciplinary technical review teams

* Facilitate and troubleshoot the myriad of problems associated with developing complex systems or with coordinating and development, design, right-of-way acquisition, construction and complex development of water, sewer and transportation projects

* Provide highly skilled technical and management advice and assistance to department management and personnel

* Min 5 - 7 years experience in Construction of Housing projects.
* Job location is at site. (At Raiwind Road)
* Highly resourceful and results oriented attitude.
* Relevant successful experience in the construction industry, and engineering discipline or building management as appropriate.
* Quality Control Attitude;
* High I.Q., flexibility and team player.
* Must have excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving and selling skills

* Must be able to take calculated risks in order to achieve ambitions/goals
