Job Description

Inbox Business Technologies is currently seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to join our team. As a Front Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will welcome guests and visitors, answer phone calls, and provide information about our services.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate individuals
  • Provide information about our services to guests and visitors
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and tidy
  • Receive and distribute mails and packages
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Inventory Managment.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • Proven 2 years experience as a Front Desk Officer or similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Well-presented and professional appearance
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Customer-focused and friendly attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team
