Recruitment/Staffing·
Recruitment, conduct interviews, selection, induction, orientation of all center level staff·
Review and update Job Descriptions for center staff in coordination with HR regional team·
Identify current and future staffing needs at centers·
Monitor the HR performance of all center staff·
Keep liaison with recruitment agencies, local organizations, educational institutions, etc within the region.·
Recommended employee’s for promotions
Personnel Administration HR documentation including:·
HR documentation (appointment letters, employee contracts, confirmation, warning, commendation, termination, promotion, transfer, experience, legal notices, Process Exit/ termination of employee etc.)·
Coordination for Quarterly Performance Evaluations
Ensure Annual Medical check-up of staff ·
Employee services and counseling when required·
Maintain Employee Attendance / Leave Record·
Employee Personal files maintenance·
Employee Detail Record Database maintenance ·
Documentation and updating in relevant files
Compensation and Benefit·
Ensure timely submission of leave & attendance record to finance on regional level·
Receiving and processing Employees’ Reimbursements and deductions·
Compensation and benefits administration·
Manage OPD Claims, transport claims, reimbursements and deductions of employees·
EOBI Registration and other compliance
Training & Development·
Review and coordinate to develop and implement annual training planner·
Ensure timely certification and re certification of staff·
Ensure continuous development and training of employees by ensuring that all trainings are activity ( practical and need based)
