PSMCL is looking for a HR professional with 5-6 years of hands on experience of Recruitment and OD
Recruitment:
1. To Supervise the recruitment & selection activities (employment tests, interviews etc)
2. To facilitate and conduct hiring and selection interviews for various positions.
3. To Coordinate with recruitment agencies / advertisement agencies for publication and recruitment purposes.
OD
1. To plan and organize in-house training programs in consultation with external training bodies / trainers
2. To proceed cases of local (external) and foreign trainings and supervise post training activities.
3. To conduct research and comparative analysis of training institutes / trainers, training programs as and when required.
4. To conduct training / awareness session for employees as and when required.
