• To fill out customer questionnaires and Performa’s.
• Prepare presentation for customers on different.
• To handle customer queries and Software.
• To develop company policies and procedures.
• To prepare customer Profiles.
• Implementation of customer COC’s.
• To conduct Risk Assessment.
• To coordinate with other departments for customer queries.
• Lead environmental monitoring team.
• Intimate customer audits and reports to relevant stake holders.
• Handle external social / ethical / certification / Fire & Safety / Technical audits.
• To coordinate with audit firms and auditors to plan and arrange audits.
• To prepare documentation for customers as per their requirements.
