1. Managing the effective system of banking.
2. Proper control over stocks & receivables.
3. Finalization of inter-co reconciliation statements on or before of 7th of the following month.
4. Ensure the timely preparation of bank reconciliation statements.
5. Preparation of monthly accounts on or before of 10th of the following month.
6. Finalization of slow moving/ dead/ obsolete and damage stock inventory on monthly/quarterly basis.
7. Monitoring the accounts receivables beyond their credit limits and ensure timely recovery therefore.
8. Implementation of SAP.
9. Product wise cost analysis.
10. To ensure the timely and correctly reconciling of the accounting transactions.
11. Any other assignment time to time assigned by the management of the company.
