Job Description

  • Support Business Heads in development of business development activities/schemes.
  • Work with the management team to prepare a core brand message, marketing strategy and apply these into all aspects of media.
  • Assist art team in story boarding and concepts layouts for core media items (Brochure, ads, and website.
  • Develop and optimize online marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition
  • Improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website
  • Create and optimize targeted and custom landing pages and micro-sites
  • Analyse and provide weekly & monthly digital marketing metrics and lead status reports;
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Implement, analyze, and optimize organic and paid search engine marketing activities
  • Get designing, printing material (Advertisement, bill board, banner etc) and ensure timely delivery of materials as targeted locations.
  • Gather and analyze customer insight.
  • Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.
  • Engage in reviewing competitors activities.
  • Liaison with designers & printers
  • Maintain and update customer database.
  • Organize and events such as Lucky draws, Annual conferences, Exhibitions, sourcing sponsorship etc.
  • Conduct market research.
  • Evaluate marketing campaign
  • Assist in preparing quarterly reports to present to the management team, including.
  • A year to date comparison of costs in relation to budget and the preceding year.
Social Media:
  • Managing social Media Marketing strategy.
  • Hands on Web 2.0 and Social Networks (Blog, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Face book, YouTube)
  • Develop ideas and produce creative content across platforms.
  • Create marketing campaign and execute all campaign on social media.
  • Manage a blogger outreach program and build an active brand ambassador network to spread work about the company.
  • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks (best practices) for measuring the impact of Social Media
  • campaigns. Analyze, review, and report on effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximize results.

Job Specification

Skills Required:
  • Good Presentation Skills
  • Excellent in Graphics designing concepts
  • Masters in Marketing with more than 5 years experience at Managerial position
  • Experience with online Analytical (Google analytics, Trends, Webmaster, Tools, Website Optimizer, Keyword tool, URL Builder)
  • Strong Sales Support, project management, leadership and training skills.
  • Good environment & Organizational awareness plus specialist knowledge of team processes and regulatory requirements will be important for this role
