Maintains organization staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, program,conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
Keeping complete documentation and maintenance of employee records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records. Proper coordination with managers regarding employee concerns.
Monitor daily attendance and control leaves structure according to company policies.
