Job Description
Undertake research (soil behavior, quantification of structural analysis) and costing of civil component for tendering.
- Conduct rate analysis of civil items to ensure planned expenditure.
- Evaluate and prepare proposals of civil components involved in completion of a project.
- Supervise and carry out civil execution activities at site.- Coordinate with and visit clients, consultants and sub-contractors.
- Technically evaluate civil items to ensure quality is under control.
- Measurements of Work done.
