Job Description
We are a Health care consulting firm engaged in providing Quality assurance, ICD-10 Coding & Billing services to Medical Providers based out of the US.
This position requires for the individual to access clinical progress notes created electronically by clinicians in the US.
The individual based in Pakistan will provide clinical quality assurance services to all completed progress notes in the system (training will be provided)
Quality Assurance services include but are not limited to:
Ensuring that the US based clinicians are addressing all of the patients’ needs as prescribed by the Patients Doctor.
Assigning appropriate ICD 10 coding to electronic patient charts.
Communicate with patients, clinicians & US based doctors in order to discuss patient care.
Reviewing all Evaluations & Re-Evaluations conducted by the US Based Clinicians.
Reviewing drug interactions in patient charts
Communicate with Clients on a daily basis in order to address issues, discrepancies
Compiles and submits daily, weekly, quarterly & annual reports to the Administrator
Job Timings: Due to the fact that most of our clients are US based our work hours are from 7pm to 3am.
Job Specification
Must have at least a MBBS, DPT (Doctor of physiotherapy) or BSN (Bachelors in Skilled Nursing) Degree or in the finals years of pursuing a degree in medicine.
Must have excellent working knowledge of Computer Operations, Microsoft Word & Excel & general Internet Based Applications.
Must have strong command over Spoken and written English
Must be residing within 30 minutes of driving distance from Pakistan Town, Islamabad.
Exhibits critical thinking abilities to analyze and optimize work performance
Participates in continuing education and sets personal and professional goals
Cooperates with co-workers to resolve conflicts and maintains a professional demeanor at all times
Upholds a strong work ethic and adheres to organizational policies and procedures

Requires minimal supervision and is self-directed Physical Requirements
Hear sufficiently to accurately perceive information at normally spoken word levels, in person & on the phone.
Use communication by means of spoken word to express or exchange ideas.
Must have sufficient eye sight in order to see a computer screen for prolonged periods of time.
Walk, lift, reach, stoop, stand, grasp, balance, climb, kneel and crouch.
Be able to lift up to 20 lbs as needed to move &/or place office supplies, stationary, medical equipment or other items regularly used in the office.
Observe general surroundings and activities.
Use communication by means of spoken word to express or exchange ideas.
Must have Fine motor skills, good hand and eye coordination for typing on a standard computer keyboard
