Job Description

The prime function of Processor is to process all kinds of applications received in IC and to take complete ownership of all the processing related activities carried out in the IC.

Processor will be required to act as the bridge between IC and Operations Department and will be required to extend full support on both the ends. Processor will be required to balance between processing and customer relationship activities as in absence of CRE/CRM and Sales Staff on any occasion he/she will be required to deal/service all clients i.e. Existing & Potential.· To receive all types of applications (Purchase, Redemption, Conversion, Pledge, Transfer etc.) and Forms (Online Access, KYC, Customer Profile etc.).

Job Specification

Fast Speed, solid work dedication. Sound knowledge to perform calculations. Good email and verbal communication. Food writing skills and ability to understand the documents and paper work which is essential in the job role.

Related:
Preferably 1 year experience, related to manual and technological coordination, scrutiny of documents, MIS reporting (experience of any financial institution preferable). Experience in the field of customer services will be added advantage.
  • Diligent on documentation & review and internal control
  • Fully aware of relevant company policies and SOPs (i.e. KYC, Operating Guidelines)
  • Report preparation & updation skills
  • Timely coordination with Sales and Operations and follow through approach
  • Good communication and customer handling skills

  • Good PC skills, operate Microsoft, Excel etc
To strictly follow the defined Cut-Off timing for each funds and plans.
· Screening of all application as per Compliance and Policies of the company for prevention of complaint generation.
· To examine application forms received in order to check whether it is properly filled out and Investor signature is present on the form. To affix time stamp on all application forms received after examining the same along with his/her initials.
· To check that supporting documents are properly attached along with application forms.
· Re-check the contents of Redemption and Conversion Forms with IC Access (such Zakat Status, Signing Instructions i.e. either or Survivor, Singly or Jointly Operated etc.), to avoid any delay in redemption payments. In case any requirements, timely inform the client and obtain the necessary documents before sending it to Operation Department for processing.
· To ensure timely transfer of funds through Cash Management (or any other method)/timely and immediate deposit of cheques received from customers for purchase of units and provide the required copies of Deposit Slips along with relevant form.
· Timely responding CRM queries equipped with all necessary forms and information. Strict follow-up with the concerns (CCU, Operation, Sales Agent etc.) in order to resolve customers’ queries within TAT.
· Facilitate & provide all required information to Ops to track fund realization for issuance of units & timely intimation to ops in case of cheque bounce or not realized. Processor will be responsible to provide Fund Clearance Report (FCR) / Deposit Log Sheet / Non FCR to Ops Office on priority basis.
