Job Description
1- Gather, create and document current and future business process flows
2- Create clear, concise and complete functional specifications & requirements documents.
3- Conduct testing and evaluation to ensure quality and consistency
4-Train user personnel in the use of the system
5-Prepare and analyze data conversion requirement
6- Import new contacts we get from different sources into the CRM
7- Ensure data validity and prevent duplication of contacts
8- Regularly reporting on tracked revenue, conversion rate and various other metrics to management
9- Create reports, forms and other deliverables for projects and tickets
10- Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities
