Check the work according to the standards & quality control measures enforced by the company on regular basis.
Prepare the check requests & shop drawings.
Ensure the quality control standards.
Responsible to control the wastage factor.
Prohibit the use of substandard material and labour.
Responsible for the proper curing of all construction work.
Must coordinate with CM / Site Incharge for any difficulty before taking any decision.
Prepare daily progress & labour report.
Put demand of any material required at Site to the Site Manager.
Site Supervisors should ensure that the Site and all facilities are presented in a clean, orderly and professional manner at all times.
Strong relationship needs to be established with each sub-contractor at Site.
