Job Description
- New Product Development
- Existing Product Management
- Maintain ongoing relations with technical/content partners of concerned VAS
- Scoping and developing new relationships with technical/content vendors
- Complete management of designated VAS products
- Account Management and strategic relations management
- New feature enhancement and churn management to maximize service usability and revenue
- Monitor the service performance including generating and analyzing reports and taking proactive measures to manage issue as maybe required
- Devise a project plan for each new product launch that may includes timelines for all stages, service flows, concept papers and presentations
- Responsible for all products testing
- communicate content requirements effectively to the content team and make sure that all service content is up to mark as per clients expectations

Highly confident person with best communication and writing skills
At least Master degree holder (BS HONS degree holders may also apply)
Able to meet deadlines
Can work under pressure
