Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating Recruitment and Selection activities and to provide proactive day-to-day administrative support in order to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
Maintain database of resumes in CV Bank (Oracle based) in a logical manner and retrieve resumes in a timely manner.
Ensure Personal Folders of all staff are complete and shall complete all missing papers.
Maintain files & records relating to HR Department and placing papers in files for record.
Providing assistance for timely completion of HR related programs and procedures such as completion of SMART Goals, PRP, Job Description, etc.
