• Leading and coordinating a team of 2 to 3 HR Assistants
• Proactively attracting and hunting most talented candidates (software engineering industry)
• Screening the resumes and applications.
• Advanced English oral and written skills required
• Conducting recruitment interviews and taking necessary inputs during the hiring process.
• Manage and Maintaining HR records on Cloud.
• Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees
• Preparation of salary statements
• Handling the full and final settlement of the employees
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees.
• Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
• Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
• Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
• HR Process documentation and maintainance (cloud based system)
• Preparing letters such as offer and confirmation.

• Advanced English oral and written skills required

• Conducting exit interviews for employees and recording them accordingly
• Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization (employee retention)
• Preference will be given to HR Managers who have work experience in software industry.
