1. Develop policies, procedures, and systems which ensure and facilitates resources management, productive and efficient office operations for both corporate office and factories in collaboration with Factory Heads
2. Directs the operation of office accounts, plans and monitors expenditures, develops and coordinates budgets.
3. To ensure all security measures are taken at all times and follow Security Procedures
4. Act as family officer for Qadri Family, handling day to day issues.
5. Provides assistance and support to the staff members in problem solving, management, development and execution of stated goals and objectives
6. Coordinates the disposition or resolution of individual problems and disputes of administrative staff
7. Supervises the work of sub ordinates in supporting roles, including assigning workload and monitoring their performance.
8. Perform regular audits of factory admin offices.
9. Cover all legal matters concerning with the purchasing, selling, insuring of vehicles.
10. Ministers and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that company’s finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
11. Reconcile the general bills with the financial records
12. Serves as the primary point of administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and institutions on operational and programmatic matters concerning the Office.
13. Ensure timely training of administrative staff
14. Develop administrative staff by adding new skills in their work & personality behaviors
15. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by reporting senior
