Job Description
· Installation and configuration of different computer software, operating systems and applications.
· Installing and configuring networks, printers and scanners.
· Hardware Management.
· Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
· Repairing equipment and replacing part.
· Installation and configuration of Wireless Routers.
· Ability to setup and troubleshoot handheld devices.
· Ability to work on Windows 2000, 2003, 2008, XP, Vista and Windows 7, 8.
· Maintain server and network infrastructure performance.
· Able to Provide a Virus free I.T. Environment to the office.
