Senior Web Developer - Ready to Lead Team

This job is for candidates who have at least 2 years of solid experience in Web Development (excluding any side jobs / internships or teaching experience). Person who can lead the web developers, guide them about web applications and assigned the web projects to right skilled person in team according to the development requirements. Team Lead should have capabilities to propose solutions and implement serious level development components. Expertise must be at excellent level in PHP / Open Source solutions. We need a self motivated, team player who is matured to take the projects and deliver successfully, develop understanding with projects at its highest level and make the team prepare and do the capacity building. Experience as a Team Lead not required you can be one if you think you are prepared for this role and past experience and skills are enough. Candidates whose CV does not reflect enough experience and skills will not be short listed for this job.
