Job Description
1. To calculate the most accurate cost of samples, materials, which helps in determining the final cost of shoes?
2. To calculate & verify the leather and material consumption of different articles.
3. To prepare the leather consumption report.
4. To prepare the different analyses on advice of top management to maintain most competitive process, cost control etc.5. To conduct random audits/inspections on production floors to cross verify the actual vs proposed costing/consumption of materials
6. To develop manufacturing orders analysis report against contracted orders.
7. To keep close liaison with R&D and cutting departments regarding sampling, leather consumption and other related matters.
8. To advise cutting department regarding cost control methods.
