Software Engineer

Manages day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects in Software Domain.
Interact with Software Developers to clarify functional specification as needed.
Participate with Department Head in high-level functionality design and translate system requirements to task specifications for Software Developers.
Coordinate with Software Developers in new development and troubleshooting.
Ensures project documents are complete, up to date, and stored appropriately
Analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming.
Define functional requirements and user interfaces for Software Developers according to defined standard.
Coordinate with Head of IT Department for automation, MIS enhancements and approvals.
MIS Analysis to extract useful decision making information.
Proper execution of assigned project within due time.
Any other task assign by Head of IT Department

Strong object-oriented/based programming skills demonstrating intelligent abstractions and interface design.
Full development lifecycle experience.
Expertise in problem solving and debugging complex systems.
Possess excellent analytical, computational, problem solving and decision making skills.
Ability to produce maintainable, scalable, developer tested solutions to meet development standards.
Strong written and oral communication skills
