The position involves in managing and supervising in-house design team, developing pool of external designers/illustrators/photographers, developing designs/concepts as per organizational objectives, and ensuring application of ‘Branding Guidelines’ is followed.
Job Specification
A strong school education and relevant university degree in Communication Design (equivalent to Masters) from a reputable educational institution. 12 to 14 years of prior experience in leading Graphic/Creative Design with proficiency in publishing software and processes.
Impeccable English language skills. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
