Software Project Manager

• Computer Science degree or equivalent
• Project Management accreditation and/or equivalent experience with formal Project and Development methods (desirable)
• 3+ years software development experience including complete software development life-cycle
• 2+ years project management experience
• 2+ years experience leading technical teams
• Demonstrated experience contributing to the commercial imperatives of associated business processes (not just technical direction)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to priorities work, delegate as appropriate and work well to deadlines
• Strong and clear communication skills - ability to communicate effectively across the business
• Self-motivated and resourceful
• Strong mentoring, negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to effectively manage relationships both internally and externally
