CUSTOMER SERVICE: Provide excellent and prompt client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium. Troubleshooting a variety of technical issues customers are having with their web hosting plans and services. Answer emails and phone calls from potential customers to explain our products and services and promote the advantages of our company versus the competition. Ensure that clients are proactively serviced in order to maintain successful long term business relationships. Initiate outbound calls to review account statistics to help drive customer’s website activity and utilization. Provide after hours support when needed.
