Job Description

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Provide excellent and prompt client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium.
Troubleshooting a variety of technical issues customers are having with their web hosting plans and services.
Answer emails and phone calls from potential customers to explain our products and services and promote the advantages of our company versus the competition.
Ensure that clients are proactively serviced in order to maintain successful long term business relationships.
Initiate outbound calls to review account statistics to help drive customer’s website activity and utilization.
Provide after hours support when needed.

Job Specification

REQUIRED SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.
Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.
Ability to multitask and meet specific goals and instructions set by supervisors and management.
Be intimately familiar with the common features of hosting plans and e-commerce.
Strong web design background utilizing HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript would be preferred.
Knowledge of FTP, DNS, cPanel and WHM preferred would be preferred.
Previous Customer Service and/or support experience required, preferably in web hosting support
