Support Office Administrator

• Providing Operational and Administrative Support as necessary to the PK Office under the supervision of the Facility Manager.
• Supervising the Admin staff to ensure proper working of the day to day tasks and working of the office environment.
• Assist in HR matters with the Facility Manager.
• Working with the Technical Support team to handle multiple reports and operational tasks as assigned.
• Work as a team member with the technical support team to handle customer complains and queries.
• Inputting data and maintaining databases.
• Maintaining VSi's Record management system and files.
• Working with the Facility manager to help manage bookings, trainings and catering for meetings.
• Other duties as required.

• Demonstrated experience in undertaking a variety of administrative tasks in a small office.
• Ability to organize and plan work to meet deadlines in a busy environment
• Well Developed Communication and Written Skills,
• Well developed computer skills including excellent word processing capabilities, proficiency with email, internet and networking
• Knows how to handle basic financial statements and can manage finances.
• Ability to work in a team and support other staff to achieve VSi goals.
• Should have good English speaking skills with an Accent will be preferred.
