The Support Office Administrator will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, some of a routine nature, that support the VSi business outcomes.
Reporting to the Facility Manager and within a team environment, the core responsibility includes:
- Providing Operational and Administrative Support as necessary to the PK Office under the supervision of the Facility Manager.
- Supervising the Admin staff to ensure proper working of the day to day tasks and working of the office environment.
- Assist in HR matters with the Facility Manager.
- Working with the Technical Support team to handle multiple reports and operational tasks as assigned.
- Work as a team member with the technical support team to handle customer complains and queries.
- Inputting data and maintaining databases.
- Maintaining VSi's Record management system and files.
- Working with the Facility manager to help manage bookings, trainings and catering for meetings.
- Other duties as required.
