Job Description
The prime responsibility of the individual is:
To identify sales opportunities and present benefits and key product features to acquire new business.
To communicate with existing and new customers to meet sales targets.
To understand and work towards meeting monthly sales targets.
To handle sales queries via phone calls, emails and live chats
To maintain customer records for tracking sales process, and monitor project status.
To provide customer valuable guidelines to motivate them to launch new projects.
To find upgrades/up sell opportunities.
To follow up on new leads and referrals.
To prepare SEO proposals and send emails to prospect or returning clients.
Job Specification
Candidate should have the following skills:
- Excellent command in written and spoken English. Neutral accent is highly preferred.
- Experience with graphic design, SEO, mobile apps, web design and development would preferred
- To be well-organized and thorough, even under pressure.
- To enjoy working within a target-driven team environment.
- 2 to 3 years of telemarketing/call center experience.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- A or O level educational background will be preferred
- Candidate with experience in selling SEO and website solutions will be preferred.
Timings: 7AM - 3AM PST
