We are looking for Manager R & D for our Enginering industry client based in Karachi .
Education: BE Mechanical or Industrial Manufacturing
Experience: 8-10 Years

Interaction with sales and after marketing teams and clients to fully understand the concept of Customized Products.
Translate the product concept into product specifications.
Hand sketch or rough drawing of new product with specification like parts, brand dimension etc. to put all customer’s requirement on paper.
Arrange performance testing and overall quality of product in house or outsource if required.
Prepare BOM and engineering drawings on Auto CAD / Pro E.
Coordinate with concerned departments to hand over properly for manufacturing of parts locally, in-house or SKD
