Job Description
The Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of daily operations of the Help Desk and special IT projects.
• Ensures that all requests are completed in a satisfactory and timely fashion
• Reviews, analyzes, and assists with the ongoing refinement of the workflow and service support processes including performance analysis, and improvement.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Provides on-going resources scheduling with technical lead to ensure appropriate service desk coverage.
• Develops time lines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes the progress of projects.
• Creates and implements communication plans, Prepares reports for leadership regarding the status of projects.
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Ability to coordinate direct clients and internal team for a problem with multiple variables.
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and stay highly organized in a busy environment while maintaining keen attention to detail.
• Highly motivated to succeed and enthusiastic about technology
• Programming and scripting experience a plus
• Experience working in a IT helpdesk environment a plus.
• Experience managing teams or managing projects required
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with only general direction
