Job Description
ATG Plant Automation is looking for an experience resource to handle daily F&A work. Candidate should have Masters Degree in Finance/Commerce with at least 2-3 years of experience in similar capacity and a firm hold on MS Office Suit. He/she should be a fast learner & able to work independently under pressure. Should possess good interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills.Job Responsibilities are as under
1- Accounts Payable

- Booking of invoice(vendor,sub contractor & Service suppliers).
- Payments (cheques,transfers).
- Customer invoices.
- Receipts.
- Booking of employees claims.
- Cash flow statement.
- Sales Tax returns.
- Preparation of file.
- Filing documents.
- Record keeping.
- Record keeping for performing of audit.
Job Specification
- Analytical and problem solving.
- Effective written communications.
- Proficient in computer including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word-processing programs at a highly proficient level.
