1. To assist Commercial Manager.
2. Preparation of Letter of Credit under supervision of Commercial Manager and to submitted the same to concerned banks.
3. Prepare funds requests for opening the LC & at the time of retirement of documents or on maturity of DA LC. Visit banks to collect bank advices & LC or amendment prints.
4. Preparation of Import statements on Financial / Calendar year and commodity basis. Typing of statement containing all Local Purchases managed by Commercial Manager & prepare statement showing consumption of the aforementioned materials during Calendar year with opening closing balances. Email all the massages & typing of all correspondence assigned by Commercial Manger from time to time. Typing of Purchase Orders for Local Procurement of Hydrochloric Acid, Sulphuric Acid & Caustic Soda etc. Also prepare Purchase Orders for Local Purchase of Lab Equipments, spares & Technical Services.
5. Typing all Insurance statements regarding Plant Building & Machinery, Stocks, Vehicles & other Marine Insurances with tenure and renewal dates under the guidance of Commercial Manager.
6. Manage all the files containing documents of each & every import in chronological order. Files of Local Vendors are also maintained in the same order.
