Sales Associates - Trucking (Carrier Development)

• Responsibilities:
• Generating leads from multiple platforms
• Reaching out to potential carriers/drivers to enroll them with the company
• Schedule and dispatch drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods
• Coordinate and communicate with drivers to track shipment progress
• Utilize computer systems and software to find loads for drivers.
• Ensure smooth operations
• Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during transportation
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and drivers
• Generate and maintain accurate records of dispatch activities

• Requirements:
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a trucking company is a plus.
