HSE Trainer

We are looking for an HSE Trainer to join our friendly and talented Technology team. Office-Based Full-time Job from 9 am to 5 pm (Mon-Saturday). NO REMOTE OPTION IS AVAILABLE. The office is on Bosan Road, Multan. Previous Visiting Lecturer with continuous 3 years of experience is PRIORITIZE. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Trainer to join our team. The HSE Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. They will assess training needs, develop instructional materials, and conduct training sessions for employees at all levels.

• Design and develop training programs, curriculum, and materials related to health, safety, and environmental practices and regulations.
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for employees on various HSE topics, including but not limited to, workplace safety, emergency response procedures, hazard identification, and environmental protection.
• Assess the training needs of employees through evaluations, surveys, and observation to identify areas for improvement and development.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to health, safety, and environmental practices to ensure training programs are compliant.
• Foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship by promoting awareness, understanding, and adherence to HSE policies and procedures among employees.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to measure learning outcomes and identify areas for enhancement.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and evaluations. Prepare reports and documentation as required by regulatory agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in training content, methods, and delivery techniques to enhance learning outcomes and ensure relevance to organizational needs.
