Job Description

We are looking for a HR Officer to join our friendly and talented Technology team.

Office-Based Full-time Job from 9am to 5 pm (Mon-Saturday) NO REMOTE OPTION IS AVAILABLE. The office is in Bosan Road, Multan.

The HR Officer plays a crucial role in the human resources department, supporting various HR functions to ensure the smooth operation of the organization. This position involves managing employee relations, recruitment, training and development, benefits administration, and other HR-related tasks. The HR Officer works closely with other departments to address employee needs and concerns while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Job Specification

  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing documentation, conducting orientations, and facilitating training sessions.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures.
  • Address employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and professional manner, striving to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Monitor employee morale and engagement levels, implementing strategies to foster a supportive workplace culture.
  • Identify training needs through performance evaluations and feedback from managers, developing relevant training materials and resources.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Process employee documentation such as contracts, agreements, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage HR databases and systems, generating reports and analytics as needed
