Job Description

We are seeking a proficient and detail-oriented individual to join our team for a small. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses a strong blend of administrative and marketing skills.


Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Manage documentation efficiently, including but not limited to contracts, invoices, and client records.

Oversee the company's social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.

Manage and oversee company's profile, contracts, and communications on online work platforms like Upwork, Fiverr etc.

Utilize online advertising tools to effectively promote the business and its services.

Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive results.


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in administrative support roles, preferably within the finance or professional services sector (Ideal but not essential)

Demonstrated proficiency in social media management and online advertising platforms.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

German language skills are not essential but highly regarded.
