Responsibilities:

- Manage patient records accurately and confidentially, including updating insurance information and billing details.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including stocking supplies and ensuring patient comfort.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry as needed.
