We are seeking a talented Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Fashion Bee. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion, highly motivated, and possess a strong understanding of sales and marketing strategies in the fashion industry.
Responsibilities:
- Create effective strategies to enhance brand awareness and boost sales revenue.
- Implement marketing plans to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
Target Consumer Segments:
- Identify key consumer groups to maximize market penetration and brand visibility.
- Tailor marketing efforts to resonate with the needs and preferences of target demographics.
Collaborate Across Teams:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
- Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, and other departments to drive cohesive brand messaging.
Analyse Market Trends and Consumer Behaviour:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Analyse consumer behaviour to refine marketing strategies and improve customer engagement.
Build and Maintain Relationships:
- Cultivate strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and other partners to expand brand reach.
- Negotiate agreements and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
Monitor and Evaluate Performance:
- Track the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, measuring against predefined targets and KPIs.
- Assess campaign effectiveness and ROI, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results.
Generate Comprehensive Reports:
- Compile sales data and other relevant metrics to create detailed performance reports.
- Provide insights and recommendations for improvement based on data analysis and market insights.
Coordinate Media and Sponsorship Activities:
- Liaise with media outlets and sponsors to maximize brand exposure through advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
- Leverage partnerships to enhance brand visibility and reach new audiences.
Business Planning and Strategy Execution:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
- Utilize sales operations and CRM tools to manage leads, track customer interactions, and drive sales growth.
Manage Ad Campaigns and Marketing Platforms:
- Oversee advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Optimize marketing platforms to drive engagement, conversions, and brand loyalty.
Analyze Sales Data and Market Trends:
- Utilize sales data and market insights to inform strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
- Identify emerging trends and opportunities to capitalize on market dynamics and stay ahead of competitors.
Requirements & Skills
- Proven experience in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies that aligned with brand objectives and drive business growth.
- Strong proficiency in sales and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CRM & e-commerce platforms
- Experience working in sales and marketing roles within the fashion or apparel sector.
- Ability to work positively in a team and independently.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work to tight deadlines.
- Ability to produce reports for evaluating the effectiveness for publications, events and marketing campaigns.
- Ability to assist/ manage marketing campaigns, events from start to finish.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Confidence in dealing with members of the public and the media.
- Creative thinker with a passion for fashion and consumer trends.
- Experience in budget management and sales strategies tracking.
