Store Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
  · Supervise the storage and organization of raw materials in the warehouse.
  · Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Procurement and Sourcing:
  · Collaborate with the procurement team to secure a reliable supply of quality raw materials.
  · Negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable terms and pricing.
• Quality Control:
  · Establish and maintain quality standards for stored raw materials.
  · Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• Collaboration with Production Teams:
  · Work closely with production teams to understand material requirements.
  · Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  · Keep meticulous records of all raw material transactions and movements.
  · Generate reports on inventory levels, consumption, and any relevant metrics.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role within the Footwear Industry.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
