We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into clients, managing and training a sales team, maintaining accurate records of leads and sales activities, and developing business through proactive outreach. This role requires a proactive approach to sales strategy, team management, and a strong understanding of digital marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to convert leads into clients and generate new business through proactive outreach, including cold calling.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding client needs and offering digital marketing solutions that meet these needs.
- Manage the sales team, setting objectives, conducting performance reviews, and providing ongoing training and support.
- Keep accurate records of all leads, customer interactions, and sales, analyzing these data to report on performance and forecast future sales.
- Have a thorough understanding of digital marketing products to guide customers effectively.
- Research, qualify, manage, and track leads and related sales activities.
- Function competently in a fast-paced, highly transactional call-center environment that requires excellent project and time management skills.
- Work closely with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with broader company objectives.
- Possesses an aptitude to consistently achieve or exceed company-provided targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, digital marketing trends, and industry best practices to remain competitive and innovative in sales and marketing efforts.
