Provide overall support for Digital Marketing initiatives including but not limited to e-marketing, social marketing, website/micro sites and other online initiatives as directed.

Report on website analytic data
Focus on providing Digital Marketing support to USA Retailers and Distributors in the areas of content management, email marketing, on-line advertising, lead generation, social media and special projects.
Execution of all email communications (blasts, opt-ins, electronic postcards, newsletters, etc.)
Maintain all social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and iDROID Blog
Project and program management manage timelines, process and deliverables for special projects (i.e. online promotions, Microsites, online media campaigns)
Gathering response data from all types of email communications
Developing growth of the customer email database
Develop and maintain strong vendor and retailer relationships and ensure they meet company standards of quality and service
Establish relationships with key staff members to ensure website content is current and accurate.
Keep iDROID Magento website updated
Develop lead capturing campaigns
Develop and maintain automated marketing campaign
Review website and email performance data to identify trends and opportunities
Evaluation of programs and promotions to enhance performance
Working closely with iDROID’s management team and agency partners to ensure cohesiveness with the company’s overall Internet presence
Complying with all policies and procedures
Performing all other related and compatible duties as assigned
College degree in Marketing, web-development or related field preferred
Must demonstrate effective writing and editorial skills
Understand usability and editorial standards for online environments
Background in digital Marketing, Marketing or Advertising Industry (2 + years)
Familiarity with Web design, User Experience and User Interface concepts
Experience working with a WordPress content management system
Experience working with HubSpot sales and marketing platform
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively
Ability to work independently
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with different levels within the organization
Must be able to work on multiple high priority projects concurrently.
Detail oriented, self-motivated and able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong knowledge and understanding of Internet and World Wide Web and familiarity with Interwoven Team Site content management tool.
Experience in combinations of Internet, new media and/or product development.
Demonstrated proficiency with HTML development and image creation software.
Proven ability to successfully manage multiple, disparate streams of work in a challenging, dynamic environment.
