Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Projects Manager to manage our projects.
Responsibilities:
Projects Manager’s responsibilities include planning, coordination, resolving site related matters, meeting timelines, ensuring resource availability & allocation and to deliver every project on time, within proposed budget & scope.
- Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects.
- Ensuring all the projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all the relevant stakeholders and addressing technical & site-related matters.
- Ensuring resource availability and allocation.
- Developing a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate techniques to manage projects.
- Managing the site staff of ongoing projects.
- Keeping proper records of documentation.
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Assigning tasks to site staff.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Conducting meetings with the client/consultant/architect.
- Day-to-day management of the project site, resolving site-related issues & staff-related matters.
- Reporting the company’s management about the status of the project daily/weekly/monthly.
- Looking after ongoing installations of equipment.
- Inventory management for equipment supplied at the project site.
Requirements & Skills
Qualifications, Requirements & Skills for Projects Manager:
1. Good educational background, preferably in the field of engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).
2. Working experience as a project manager in the vertical transportation field for at least 5 years.
3. Good communication skills & confident approach.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
5. Solid managerial skills and multi-tasking.
6. Good documentation & letter drafting skills.
7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and computers.
8. Having PMP or any other certification in project management is a plus point.
