As a Soft-Calling Agent at Transcend Realty, you will be responsible for making initial contact with potential clients in Pakistan, introducing them to our international real estate investment opportunities. Your primary goal will be to establish rapport, understand their investment interests, and provide information that encourages them to consider our offerings.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and a genuine interest in helping clients make informed investment decisions.

Make initial contact with potential clients via phone calls.
Introduce and explain our international real estate investment opportunities.

Schedule follow-up calls and arrange more in-depth conversations with senior sales representatives.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
Use Google Sheets and Excel to manage and track client information and sales data.
Stay updated on market trends and our real estate offerings to provide clients with the most relevant information.
