Available Shifts:
Evening Shift (USA/Canada): 6 PM - 2 AM
Day Shift (UK): 2 PM - 8 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company guidelines and procedures.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: French, German, Spanish.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to work in the specified time zones.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
