Tele Marketing In-bound - Candidates with experience of any Call Center are preferred

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and skilled Tele Sales Agent to join our team and lead our social media efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Receive the client's call from UK and USA and answer their queries to satisfy the client.
• Manage all social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven experience as a Tele Sales Agent or similar role.
• Strong understanding of English UK's accent.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and shareable content.
• Experience with social media analytics tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

Job Timings are 2:00 PM to 10 PM at Night.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Excellent English verbal communication skills.
• Experience in tele-sales or customer service is preferred.
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Good computer skills.
