Job Description

As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads and converting them into sales through effective telemarketing and communication skills. You will engage with potential customers over the phone, understand their needs, and promote products or services to meet those needs. The primary goal is to achieve sales targets, build customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
  • Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points effectively.
  • Present compelling sales pitches to potential customers.
  • Record accurate and detailed information about customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of leads, sales, and customer information.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and product updates.

Job Specification

Proven experience in tele-sales or a related sales role is a plus.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
