Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and design eye-catching and effective Facebook ads and other social media creatives that align with our brand and marketing goals.
- Utilize data and insights to continuously improve creative performance and ensure designs are optimized for engagement and conversion.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our creatives remain cutting-edge.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting tight deadlines.
- Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective design work, preferably with a focus on Facebook ads and social media marketing.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing principles and the ability to interpret performance data to inform design decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
