Graphic Designer - REMOTE

We are looking for a highly innovative and inventive Facebook Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and a deep understanding of how to create compelling visuals that drive engagement and boost sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design eye-catching and effective Facebook ads and other social media creatives that align with our brand and marketing goals.
• Utilize data and insights to continuously improve creative performance and ensure designs are optimized for engagement and conversion.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our creatives remain cutting-edge.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting tight deadlines.
• Provide creative input and feedback during brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Strong portfolio showcasing innovative and effective design work, preferably with a focus on Facebook ads and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
• Excellent understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and typography.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing principles and the ability to interpret performance data to inform design decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
