Job Description
We are looking for Call Center Agents for USA Based Appointment Scheduling.
Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calling to businesses and identify potential prospects.
Introduce company services to potential clients and effectively communicate their benefits.
Qualify leads by understanding client needs, budget, and timeline.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with qualified leads.
Follow up with leads via email or phone to confirm appointments and address any questions or concerns.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent;
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experienced candidates are required.
Freshers can also apply who have excellent English communication.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00pm to 4:00am.
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month.
